    Evidence (Amendment) A Bill to amend the evidence ordinance

    This clause inserts a new section 35 in the evidence ordinance and the legal effect of the new section will be to make admissible in certain circumstances statements contained in records compiled by any person in the course of any trade,business or occupation from information supplied to such person by third parties
