This clause inserts a new section 286 A in the penal code. The new section imposes a legal obligation for every developer of photographs of films to inform the officer in charge of the nearest police station whenever he becomes aware of any indecent or obscene material given for developing which is in his possession and provides for a punishment for contravention of the provisions of this section.
